More than 30 pyramids in Egypt, including in Giza, may have been built along a branch of the Nile that has long since disappeared, a new study suggests.
The water course of the Ahramat Branch of the Nile borders a large number of pyramids in Egypt, dating from the Old Kingdom to the Second Intermediate Period.
