The House passed a series of spending bills that includes $60.8 billion of Ukraine aid and over $26 billion in aid to Israel. The House also voted to effectively ban the social media platform TikTok if it doesn't divest from its Chinese parent company.

TikTok is facing a potential ban in a bill that's expected to pass the Senate. The bill would require TikTok's Chinese parent company ByteDance to sell its stake in the platform or face a ban of TikTok. Lawmakers are concerned users' data could be exploited while creators worry that a TikTok ban could threaten their livelihoods. NBC News' Savannah Sellers reports.
