Carlton Harris, the senior vice president of End to End Solutions, has been appointed as the third new member of the FSCAC, with a three-year term ending on May 14, 2027. While not among the recent appointees, Michael Vacirca, a senior engineering manager at Google, has been reappointed to the federal panel for a full three-year term after serving for one year. His term will conclude on May 14, 2027.
